Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund within the Terra Path platform in the following situations:
- Content Mismatch: If the content of the provided AI practices or courses differs significantly from the program described on the website at the time of purchase.
- Technical Issues: In the event of critical errors in the Terra Path digital infrastructure that make learning impossible and were not resolved within 72 hours.
- "Cooling-off Period" (EU Regulation): In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the service within 14 calendar days of payment, provided you have not yet started accessing or downloading the materials.
Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund process, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our support team: [email protected].
- Use the subject line: "Refund Request".
- Include your name, date of purchase, and the name of the selected AI product.
- Describe the reason for the refund, referring to the conditions mentioned above.
Timelines and Method
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. Funds will be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that the actual time for the funds to appear in your account depends on the regulations of your bank in Belgium or another EU country.
Exceptions and Limitations
A refund will not be issued if:
- The request is submitted more than 14 days after the date of payment.
- You have studied, viewed, or downloaded more than 50% of the provided materials or AI practices.
- The inability to complete the course is due to technical problems on the user's side (incompatible software, ISP issues).
